Paid the required booking fee to find a Test date in our area and was very happy initially with the result. Within a few days we had a test booked, it was a little bit short notice but managed to arrange the driving instructor & car to be at the test centre for the given time of 8.03 am, only to find that the actual time should have been 7.03am. My son MISSED his test appointment DUE TO THIER ERROR. Company seems to be based in Abu Dhabi,UAE So that would account for the time difference. Have taken into account BST starts when the clocks go forward in spring. At 1am on the last Sunday in March the test was booked 01/04/2025. After reading recent reviews, We are not alone and this isn't an isolated incident. So far after only being able to email (they dont have a phone number) the company, i am still waiting as no reply after a week of trying and only one email address supportbookdrivingtest.co.uk I am over £180 out of pocket due to their error. Waiting for a responce about how they are going to reimburse me and provide the service the advertise. I am putting this on Trust pilot to warn others. Happy to report back and amend on Trust pilot if they choose to acknowledge me and offer a suitable resolution for their error, if not I will take this to Trading Standards and the Ombudsman. The company promptly responded to my online post & issues have now been resolved.
