Received very comprehensive e mail prior to delivery explaining delivery procedure. Also checked on delivery address and phone numbers. Day before received 3 hour time slot. On the day phoned 30 minutes before delivery. Delivery team very efficient. Well done BJS.

Got the delivery for my tempur bedframe, only to find they sent the wrong one, now have mess about getting it exchanged, got to probably wait another month
