Appalling

Today I had my furniture order delivered by two men from your firm to my address. Whilst in my home, one of the delivery men took a phone call on speaker and then proceeded to swear to whom they were on the phone to, shouting “WHAT THE F*** BRO”. Not only did he do that, but he then snatched the phone away out of my hands after I signed it and then whilst he was walking out of my house, he continued to shouted at his colleague about something who was parked across the road. My parcel has multiple dents and breakages in the packaging and is apparent it has not been handed with care at all. The men had begun to slide my furniture delivery on its corner when putting it through the doorway of my living room and not lifting it. I’m actually shocked by their behaviour and the clear lack of care in their service and not only that, but the package itself. Really appalled and have email to raise this, considering I pay for delivery and the level on uncomfort I felt in my own home.
