BJS gave a 3 hour window the day before followed by a 30 minute heads up on the day. They also provided contact info and tracking details via email and WhatsApp. Further, I received a call to make sure I was happy with their service. Mohit was friendly and pleasant and placed my tv into my room of choice with a smile. All in all BJS more than deserve my 5 star review, thank you.

1st class service from this delivery company. I was given a time of between 2pm and 5pm and also informed I would receive a phone call when the men where approximately 30minutes away. I did indeed receive a call from Mohit and goods delivered at 2.10pm and they even placed it in bedroom as we're not quite ready for it. Delivery men polite and super helpful. Faultless service.
The delivery menu put the sink exactly where we wanted it, in the garage. They were polite, efficient and quick.

Where to start! - Damaged our house - Drove like idiots down our road (braked so hard you heard the items fall over!) - Refused to take furniture to our room of choice (as per their delivery paperwork), - £2,000 worth of furniture damaged and delivered up-side-down. - Poor English, and what little they do speak is incredibly rude. - Then when asked to leave they try and force access by shoving their arm through our front door to take a picture of the boxes dumped in our hallway which blocked our access. The goods were shipped on behalf of Oak Furniture Warehouse, they have lost a customer due to the shocking delivery experience we went through. If this firm ever are instructed to deliver to my home again they will be refused access. Not welcome.

Unnecessarily unhelpful I was given an inconvenient delivery slot the evening before and, despite 4 attempts on the chat bot, got no response. The email form was hopeless. The people on the telephone, unhelpful. I spent hours trying to find a solution for my 4-7pm slot, only to find that the delivery was made at 2.23pm.
