My problems began with Bitdefender Premium VPN over 12 months ago. I did not get a satisfactory response to my issue, and due to a lack of communication and response, I cancelled my Subscription. I reverted to the 'basic' VPN that is in my Bitdefender Plan. But I still have the same issues. I'm frustrated because I cannot find a way to contact anybody to get the issue sorted. The problem I have may not sound important to most, but I'm located in rural Western Australia, in a remote area. I rely on internet for most things, including entertainment. However, the issue occurs when attempting to access ABC i-view programs. ABC considers that my VPN is attempting to access their programs from an international source and they won't allow access. This was the problem that I had with VPN Premium that wasn't addressed. And I'm having the same issue with the basic vpn? I cannot watch ABC programs with vpn on! I would like the
