I renewed Bitdefender but needed help
I renewed Bitdefender and despite the confirmation that the renewal had been done it didn't reactivate. I went online and started using the chatbot, I didn't have high hopes as they're usually terrible. But this one was the most human like that I've interacted with. Within a few minutes it had asked me a few questions about the problem, got me to do some simple diagnostics, and passed me onto a human. From there they quickly told me that there was an issue with reactivations of licences, and they manually set it all up for me. Excellent service.
