Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USA... See more

I've been using Bitdefender for many years now. Every once in a while I’ve tried other vendors, but I always end up coming back—because Bitdefender just works. Their app is amazing and does a great job protecting all my devices: my Macs, phones, and PCs. It’s lightweight, smart, and intuitive. It blocks what should be blocked and allows what should go through. For me, it’s really a “set it and forget it” kind of solution, which I love. And if you’re someone who likes to customize things, Bitdefender offers plenty of features you can tweak to your liking. And their customer service? Just wow! I’ve been truly impressed by how helpful and proactive their support team is. Recently, I bought a great Bitdefender deal through a reseller—a 2-year Family Pack antivirus plan—but it was only showing as one year in my account. Before I even reached out, Bitdefender was already ahead of me. They took immediate action and fixed the issue without me even having to chase them down. That level of care and attention really stood out to me. Bitdefender continues to provide the best experience I’ve had with any security software, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you, Bitdefender!
I have been using BitDefender since 2006. Since then, I have NEVER gotten a virus. It runs so smoothly in the background and doesn't take up any resources. I recommend this to all my customers. I have been an IT tech for over 20 years.
Bitdefender makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. They will not let you turn off the automatic payments. They are as bad as the viruses you pay them to protect against. I followed the directions listed below, and still was unable to cancel the subscription. This company will not let you cancel your subscription. I will be reporting these unethical businesses practices.

Produkten som sådan är bra men jag blev sur när det gäller förnyelse. Har betalat fram t.o.m. 8/7 via ett årsabonnemang. Redan i början på maj kom ett mail om att förnyelse måste ske senast den 22/6. Nu hade man "förbättrat" tjänsten genom att öka antalet enheter som ingår från tre stycken till fem stycken. Något jag inte har någon som helst nytta av. Samtidigt hade man även höjt priset. Jag erbjöds ett års förlängning för 819,99:-. Jag avvaktade eftersom det var långt till den 22/6. Ett par veckor senare kom ett nytt mail och nu erbjöds jag att förnya men till priset 474,99:-. Den 8/6 - nytt mail om förnyelse och nu till priset 819,99:- igen. Så den 14/6 ännu ett mail och nu var priset 474,99:- igen. Rörigt? Ja något och det som irriterar mig är att om jag hoppat på det första erbjudandet hade jag fått betala 345:- mer än om jag väntat. Någon förnyelse av Bitdefender blir det inte för min del utan när mitt abonnemang går ut kommer jag att byta till ett annat säkerhetspaket. OBS! Om du inte tänker förnya din prenumeration - glöm inte att plocka bort dina kortuppgifter så dragning inte är möjlig (det har jag redan gjort).

Nie mehr Bit Defender Internet Security. Ein Programm das zu Tief in Windows eingreift, jede Kleingkeit wird geblockt es kann nicht mal unterscheiden ob es ein legales Programm ist oder nicht. Ich verbringe jetzt mehr Zeit mit dem Mist als vorher. Hinzu kommt noch diese beschissene Anmeldung mit einer Mailadresse. Wieviel Daten wollt Ihr noch von mir. Wenn ich einen Lizenz Code gekauft habe will ich den einfach nur aktivieren nicht mehr Bitdefender schnallt Ihr das endlich. Schade, dass das mit Kaspersky Spionage alles passiert ist, so ein Theater hatte ich damit nie, Lizenz kaufe und aktivieren, fertig ist es. Das hat mich nicht so genervt mit unnötigem und harmlosem Zeug wie dieser Bitdefender. Schon eine E-Mail-Anmeldung finde ich total kontraproduktiv. Da war selbst der Windows Defender besser kostet nichts, mehr brauch man eigentlich nicht. Und Support hat noch nie auf Mails geantwortet so was gibt es gar nicht "Support" die schmeißen die Mails wohl gleich in die Tonne.

Cessez le chantage de l'obligation de fourniture des données de carte bancaire pour pouvoir activer la licence. Voilà 10 jours que je perds du temps pour obtenir gain de cause et la réponse bien rôdée est toujours la même : ensuite vous pouvez désactiver. Sauf que nous fournissons nos coordonnées de notre propre chef ALORS QUE NOUS NE LE SOUHAITONS PAS. Vivre à notre époque ne justifie pas une telle incohérence. C'est une pratique malsaine et le fait qu'elle puisse être répandue ne la rend pas plus éthique pour autant. Je tiens un minimum à sauvegarder quand je le peux ma liberté de consommatrice. Et ne répondez pas que je n'ai pas répondu à vos demandes ou courriers.. C'est fait et refait !!! Autre question : pourquoi le lien vers Truspilot que vous proposez sur votre page Internet indique une note de 4,5 Excellent alors qu'en accédant à Truspilot directement par un moteur de recherche on trouve 3,6 Moyen ? Un problème d'actualisation de la page peut être ? Ou l'absence de prise en compte des avis négatifs surtout au sujet de ce problème..?
Ich habe mehrfach per EMail gekündigt. Das Portal ist nicht in der Lage meine Kündigung anzunehmen. Auch nach einer Nachricht von Bitde4fender habe ich mitgeteilt, das ich einen anderen Anbieter nutze. Keine Reaktion. Jetzt wurde wieder abgebucht. Betrug?
