Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USA... See more

I have always rated Bitdefender higher than the other similar products that I have tried, and when it took me most of the morning, it was time well spent. And all the ladies from Bitdefender who I spoke to on the telephone were so helpful and kind. And patient with me!

Depuis quelques mois, voir année, la qualité des services de Bitdefender ne cesse de diminuer. La protection web mobile se désactive tout le temps, malgré la désactivation du réglage d'économie de batterie, les prix des abonnement ne cessent d'augmenter, avec des options supplémentaires dont on a pas besoin. Sans oublié un service client de plus en plus désorganisé. Vous leur faites part de votre problème, il vous dirigent vers plusieurs services, l'un vous fait une offre, l'autre aussi , vous acceptez les deux offres présentées comme deux offres différentes, l'un vous valide l'offre sans soucis, et l'autre se rendant compte que leur collègue de l'autre département avait déjà fait une offre et qu'ils ne peuveent plus réculé, essaient de vous manipulé en vous disant que l'offre qu'ils viennent de vous faire sera effective à condition que vous renouvellera votre abonnement chez eux, histoire de vous forcer à rester chez eux pendant encore quelques temps quoi. Très malhonnête et décevant, j'ai arrêter de poursuivre la conversation avec eux, voyant que a ne mènera à rien. C'est un bon antivirus, que j'utilise depuis presque 10 ans, mais je suis extrêmement déçu de voir la direction qu'ils prennent EDIT : Pour répondre à votre réponse mensongère qui n'a pour but que de faire passer vos clients pour des personnes de mauvaise foi, en vous dédouanant de toute responsabilité, je dirais que votre réponse confirme mes propos. Comment cela peut faire 4 mois que le soucis est réglé alors que le dernier message de votre service client date de moins d'une semaine ? J'ai décidé de ne plus répondre à vos mail vu votre mauvaise foi, mais cela ne veux pas dire que le problême soit réglé. Vous avez juste fuis vos responsabilité, et votre application android continue de se déconnecté !! A l'instant même ou je vous parle, elle se déconnecte !!!
Ik vind Bitdefender echt een goed programma die ik al jaren gebruik. Weinig resources op je systeem. En de klantenservice is ook top. Zaterdag een ticket ingelegd. En maandag was alles al opgelost. Daarom krijg dit bedrijf 5 sterren van mij.

Fraudulently charged my bank account for another year even though I cancelled it. I contacted PayPal and they are bought off by Avangate and didn’t help me. I had to contact my bank USAA and file a fraudulent charge and contact the BBB and attorney general. Response to Avangate response: you charged me even though I cancelled the auto renew. When I contacted you through PayPal you disputed my claim. You are frauds and have horrible customer service.
Their product is surely great. But what makes of a great product an excellent one is the quality of customer service, and based on my experience their capacity to handle the requests fast and to a full satisfaction is amazing.

Supposedly a great product based on reviews. I have nothing in my experience to prove it technical aspects are bad. This is from a general user perspective: 1. Dashboard is somewhere between poor and awful. 2. Updates with Windows 11 IS awful. Same issue OVER AND OVER again for what must be year. You get a notification from Windows that BitDefender Virus & Threat protection needs action. Open BitDefender and have a difficult time figuring out what is wrong since the "Dashboard" doesn't flag anything. It's usually the same issue that you find eventually under "Notifications". A great "Dashboard" would have flagged that right off the bat.
Bitdefender has a great platform to help protect all your devices. With the family plan, I can help my family be safe from cyber risks. The Bitdefender platform is not as heavy as other antivirus programs I have had. Also, I had an issue with my account showing as a trial that had expired, and the Bitdefender support team helped me resolve very quickly (I had entered the wrong email address in once of the instances, which is why it was showing as a trial and not the paid subscription)
the operative was knowledgeable. the response time to any question was extremely fast, unusual in todays buisnes climate. also the operative was very very polite with a human touch, full marks.
I called Bitdefender SUPPORT because the Mobile Security App Was NOT SCANNING Connections. Not because of something on BITDEFENDER’s end, but what was happening to my phone on my end. It caused the Mobile Security to NOT WORK PROPERLY. The SUPPORT TEAM RECOMMENDED for me to get the Mobile Security APP Uninstalled , then on the BITDEFENDER CENTRAL APP to delete the device in question, and then REINSTALL THE MOBILE SECURITY APP, not forgetting to include ALL PERMISSIONS! I did EXACTLY as I was instructed AND it WORKED! I got my SCANNED CONNECTIONS BACK on BOTH my PHONES in question! I’ve been with BITDEFENDER since Spring of 2022. I’ve not been disappointed and trust to continue with their EXCELLENT platform for a LONG time ! It IS A PLEASURE doing business with them. They are worth EVERY PENNEY!
