BIBO Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Very helpful customer support and very good product. I had a little problem but I contacted Bibo and within 24 hours, they'd already responded and arranged an engineer to come and fix the problem. Would highly recommend
Because if they did, everyone would have a Bibo We've had ours 2.5 years and only recently needed an engineer to come out (as the filter replacement is so easy). Our engineer was superb - quick, efficient, friendly, very clean and tidy. Bibo are missing a trick with current customers - offer a friends and family discount (10%) on new sign ups from a current customer. Then current customer gets a free filter replacement - or something. These reviews are helpful, but only if you're directing traffic the right way to your product. SPEND MORE MONEY ON MARKETING!!! It's a bloody brilliant machine - just needs to be a touch higher to get a Chilly's water bottle stood underneath the spout! (tiny detail)
I absolutely love this machine! It’s fantastic. The hot water is perfectly for hot drinks. I don’t even miss my kettle anymore! It looks perfect in my kitchen. From the easy purchase to the expert installation by the engineer, everything went smoothly. Customer service was brilliant. The engineer was incredibly skilled and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this! 👌🏽
I reported a problem with the water flow on my 3-year-old BIBO. Some suggestions were given of possible cures. I was offered the visit of an engineer if the suggestions did not solve the problem. I took up the offer of the engineer visit, at a reasonable cost. The engineer was very efficient and knowledgable, curing the problem. Excellent service.

If you are thinking of buying a Water Dispenser, you cannot go wrong with a BIBO we would highly recommend! Ordered Online made a mistake and Poppy in Customer Service was superb, very helpful and got me sorted with no fuss, thank you Poppy. Our BIBO Water Dispenser arrived promptly and received great communication throughout. Fitting was quick and easy by Tasha who was fabulous, arrived on time, friendly, professional and took time to demo our new Toy :0) Been using now for nearly a week and OMG it is amazing absolutely brilliant. Both the pre sales and after sales services have been v good- informative, polite and efficient. We love the BIBO an extra kitchen item which is definitely worth it. The engineer Sam was knowledgeable and v efficient and answered all our questions.

I rent a Bibo and it's been a great replacement for a kettle, plus the bonus chilled water. Only had a few issues and bibo have always been quick to help with advice or send an engineer

We have a BIBO water machine for a few years now. The Customer Service are friendly and very helpful. They make arrangements for the engineer to visit and the engineer attend in the allotted time. Engineer is friendly and very courteous and will explain what work they have carried out.

Outstanding customer service, being new to the company, Poppy the Customer Service Advisor was brilliant, informative, very thorough, friendly and patient. The onsite engineer Tasha was professional, bubbly and friendly, it was lovely to see a female engineer.
