BIBO Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Very helpful customer support and very good product. I had a little problem but I contacted Bibo and within 24 hours, they'd already responded and arranged an engineer to come and fix the problem. Would highly recommend
Because if they did, everyone would have a Bibo We've had ours 2.5 years and only recently needed an engineer to come out (as the filter replacement is so easy). Our engineer was superb - quick, efficient, friendly, very clean and tidy. Bibo are missing a trick with current customers - offer a friends and family discount (10%) on new sign ups from a current customer. Then current customer gets a free filter replacement - or something. These reviews are helpful, but only if you're directing traffic the right way to your product. SPEND MORE MONEY ON MARKETING!!! It's a bloody brilliant machine - just needs to be a touch higher to get a Chilly's water bottle stood underneath the spout! (tiny detail)
I absolutely love this machine! It’s fantastic. The hot water is perfectly for hot drinks. I don’t even miss my kettle anymore! It looks perfect in my kitchen. From the easy purchase to the expert installation by the engineer, everything went smoothly. Customer service was brilliant. The engineer was incredibly skilled and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this! 👌🏽
I reported a problem with the water flow on my 3-year-old BIBO. Some suggestions were given of possible cures. I was offered the visit of an engineer if the suggestions did not solve the problem. I took up the offer of the engineer visit, at a reasonable cost. The engineer was very efficient and knowledgable, curing the problem. Excellent service.

All round excellent experience! I was given a unit by a friend, and contacted Bibo to arrange servicing and installation. Amazingly friendly and efficient customer service arranged a very quick appointment. The engineer (Lewis) turned up as arranged, and was reassuringly professional and engaging. He checked the machine over made it fit for use and installed it with no issues, gave instructions on how to use it and cleaned up after the work - he even cleaned the outside of the machine. The machine itself is really good, and seems to be quite efficient according to my smart meter. Much more efficent than boiling multiple kettles. I would happily recommend this company for their product, service and customer focused attitude.

I have had my BIBO for many years without issue. Recently the unit gained a leak and after returning to the company it was fixed for a very reasonable cost. Shortley after it had another leak and after speaking direct to the company, which is a very reasuring thing, an engineer was dispatched. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the fault and replaced the part Again the cost was really reasonable giving me many more years of use from my BIBO. I really missed it whilst it was away and awaiting the engineer visit.
