Appallingly hard to do business with. Tried to add business use to my policy via the customer portal, quick quote which was seamless. Try to make the payment and get blank screen with Technical Error title. Retry and get the same result, then get notification from my bank that 2 payments have gone out. Try to contact them but all service channels are only open 9-6 so dropped them a message on facebook. Response the following day on facebook instructed me to click on a link for live chat. Click the link and no live chat available. Messaged fb chat again and told to try again. Tried again and after giving detail of the issue and going through id verification (which took 40 mins) was told that they could not help and I have to call their contact center. If i wanted a call back it would be a minimum of a 3 day wait. I then got an email saying that the change i made to my policy hadn't been saved and i should re-attempt online - They have taken 2 payments! Next steps an anticipated very long wait to try and speak to their service center, not holding up much hope. The real farce is they charge £15 to make an amendment even through self serve on the portal and then the tech doesn't work and you have to spend hours to try and sort it out. Will definitely spend the extra £30 and go back to Tesco next year, where the tech works and they don't charge an admin fee to self serve.

Didn't need to use them thankfully but as they didn't decrease the amount for being a good, loyal customer, driver, nor did they beat the best quote, they also was going to charge me £30 to renew my policy,😮 ow well of I go with a cheaper quote, I'm all for being a loyal customer but your not convincing me!!!
