Originally signed up to the betterme mental health thinking it was betterme, realised it wasn't the same app and contacted customer care, though it took a couple of days to recieve a response, my requ... See more
It's my favorite app for meditation and stress management. What I particularly like about it is the range of bite-size practices to choose from and calming sleep stories. The only time I had an issue was a minor error in the course and it was fixed relatively quickly after my feedback. So it only strengthens my opinion on BetterMe Mental Health as the best meditation app I've tried.
I signed up with the app for an introductory price. It self renewed at a much higher price without my consent - there was difficulties cancelling it. I reached out to customer service and they refunded the amount of the self renewals. A satisfactory result.
Very helpfull servicedesk.
Hello. Customer Support at BetterMe was Outstanding, I was surprised. Little did I know they would provide a great service. I will use your App.
Excellent and diligent customer services, The attention to my request was immediate and that makes it an app for which I would like to pay.
There was a mix up with subscription and I had duplicates. They were quick to respond and rectify the issue!

I have asked and followed the instructions on how to leave this app a few times, But Im still getting alerts all the time on my phone. I dont need this, and it doesnt correspond to what I wanted or expected. Please, how can I escape from this app?I have paid 1 month, but really dont want to continue or have to pay anything more. Thank you for your attention and support
The company that steals money from my card every month. stay away. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?
They have deducted 6 months worth of subscriptions from my account but I can’t access the service. I have been asking for a refund since December and they ignored, only to deduct more money in February- about $30 more on top of what they already owe. Do not give your card details to this company.
