Got me started with my self-care process
I bought a discounted first subscription when I was in a not-so-good place, hoping to be able to use it for a little relief. Unfortunately, with all things in the equation, I was unable to; I even missed that a normal-price automatic renewal was on the way and got charged. When I tried to get a refund thinking I wouldn't be able to use my subscription anyway, especially because I didn't realize they have an Android app, BetterMe team was very considerate and helpful, despite their unchanging policy of the unrefundable automatic renewal--they gave me a 3-month extension free of charge. The kind gesture got me started, because I don't want to waste the sincere offer that made me think I could work on myself to get better. Now, I've been enjoying the process with all the features.
