Very disappointed

Having read previous reviews maybe if the lady on the phone to me was to take notes from How her colleagues offer good service I may still be with them , No one contacted me directly regarding my renewal, I had two emails to an old email address which the lady I was speaking to on the phone confirmed I hadn’t opened, but instead of phoning me to inform me of my new renewal terms and conditions or writing to me ,they went ahead and renewed my policy, i only became aware of this when I phoned them many weeks after to book my boiler service i was told it wasn’t due for another two months , but still they didn’t mention to me that my Policy had been renewed , or even that it had increased in price or that they had tried to contact me.This was their chance to say ‘we have been trying to contact you “ This same lady rang two months on to book in my service , it was then I was told told my policy HAD BEEN UPGRADED , at an extra cost and that my boiler service is no longer part of my agreement and would cost me a further £45 to go ahead, how does an upgrade cost you more money for less facilities, so out of my entire time with Besmart I paid £18.99 per month for around 18 months and got only one service out of it. I told This woman how disappointed I was and that I would put up a review and she didn’t seem to careless, there was no offer to try to sort it out, after my DD was cancelled and I had an email to confirm the cancellation, from Besmart I was then bombarded with further emails asking me to contact them as to why my dd had been cancelled and needs setting up again There seems to be a lack of communication between themselves, if they were a little more apologetic it wouldn’t have been so bad.I still haven’t had a full explanation or apology from Besmart , seems like they are not that smart after all .I still wouldn’t recommend Besmart
