I spoke to Rosheen today because I hadn’t correctly activated my groupon voucher code for my breakdown cover. She was really helpful and reassuring and guided me through the process, responding very quickly and clearly. She was excellent and I am now confident that I have the cover I bought. Unfortunately I had to cancel my new policy, due to an issue with the age of my car so emailed Customer Services, who responded in a very timely manner. I dealt with Chloe and even though when she picked up the first email from me on a day off, she still made me aware she had picked it up and would keep me updated, which she did. The whole process with her, whilst also simultaneously dealing with Groupon was slick and it was a real pleasure to deal with somebody who kept you informed throughout the process and whose communication skills and customer service were exemplary. Quite shocking,was charged £45 told 90minutes for recovery & after 2hrs phoned back only to be told they had been delayed & were sending another breakdown company.Would you not have thought there system would have flagged up that the 90minutes had expired & for them to contact me rather than me call them.45 minutes later the other company turned up after I had been told they were coming from 10 miles away which turned out a lie as the driver had been heading back from Bradford when he got the call,so in all over 3 hrs after I originally called.They tell you things that aren't true & charge you 45 pound for the privilege.
Will not be going with this company again,I suppose you get what you pay for.Green flag or RAC may be a bit more expensive but you won't get ripped off when you break down.
Just purchased a membership through Groupon. Very good price for 1 Yr nationwide cover with nil excess.
However the redemption process is not clear and involves a bit of trial and error. Although not mentioned in the instructions you need to enter the Groupon code in the discount code box and this takes the price down to zero. You can then proceed with details. The true value of these deals are only discovered when you need to make a claim so cannot comment yet
Bought through Groupon, found it difficult to redeem but B smart e- mailed me and set it up same day, not used it yet but if as good as customer service department will prove to be an excellent 👍 product
a very helpful person from Be Smart [the breakdown provider] called me and set up my breakdown cover...as a result of it being sold me by another difficult web site. yes it seems genuine and very cheap
went back to upgrade my coverage next day and the brilliant Krystie [office manager] saved me at least £50 by showing me another way of doing it with the same firm
My Wife signed up to Be Smart motor breakdown via Wowcher and had some difficulty setting it up. One phone call to customer service agent Adam and we were on our way, paperwork sent within hours.
Fantastic service, immediately picked up the phone. Unheard of these days.
A friend gifted me breakdown cover ..redeeming the gift was problematic with wowcher ..decided to call besmart direct ..thank goodness I did Adam at customer services was superb and immediately took the stress and confusion out of the situation by swiftly and professionally tracing my membership details sending me all the paperwork by email ..old fashioned customer care is alive at besmart ! Highly recommend its refreshing to speak with friendly efficient caring members of staff (so rare these days ) thank you Adam you saved my sanity !
