Excellent Customer Service from Chloe

Unfortunately I had to cancel my new policy, due to an issue with the age of my car so emailed Customer Services, who responded in a very timely manner. I dealt with Chloe and even though when she picked up the first email from me on a day off, she still made me aware she had picked it up and would keep me updated, which she did. The whole process with her, whilst also simultaneously dealing with Groupon was slick and it was a real pleasure to deal with somebody who kept you informed throughout the process and whose communication skills and customer service were exemplary. Quite shocking,was charged £45 told…

Quite shocking,was charged £45 told 90minutes for recovery & after 2hrs phoned back only to be told they had been delayed & were sending another breakdown company.Would you not have thought there system would have flagged up that the 90minutes had expired & for them to contact me rather than me call them.45 minutes later the other company turned up after I had been told they were coming from 10 miles away which turned out a lie as the driver had been heading back from Bradford when he got the call,so in all over 3 hrs after I originally called.They tell you things that aren't true & charge you 45 pound for the privilege. Will not be going with this company again,I suppose you get what you pay for.Green flag or RAC may be a bit more expensive but you won't get ripped off when you break down.

Seeing on Groupon a barging buy.. Which was hard to refuse..BeSmart car breakdown service.. Once I had purchase the breakdown cover & received the code ..voucher. I had a problem with completing the online signing in with BeSmart U.. So called BeSmart customers service The agent was simply brilliant in helping me with the signing in ... Thank you..A... BeSmart Utilities seems to be a very professional car breakdown service with plenty of support fore customers Needing 5 star support... especially the customers service team... Thank you ..

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I am low mileage so left getting b/down ins to last min - online at 23.40 wed 20/7/22. Rang 10am thurs am to check going through (planning a trip on Friday). Got thro. quickly (couple of mins) and helpful chap said he would check the admin was going through and welcome pack would be emailed by end Thurs. Received by noon, confirming cover starts midnight thurs. Great.

Not the best experience so far

Purchased from groupon. The product details of the premium membership I first purchased did not match the details on BeSmart website so canceled the groupon voucher and bought the basic version. I had to ring their customer care as the sign up webpage ended without asking for my start date and gave them my start date over the phone. I received my membership details in a poorly formatted email with an error on the start date. I personally thought the membership detail letter to be just a note than a properly formatted policy letter and not clearly giving details on Period of membership, membership details, benefit level and any endorsements, vehicle details, cover conditions and claims procedure - all not well written on it (other than a broad pdf attachment of their terms and conditions) which I have found on all other breakdown policies that I have. I guess I am comparing with all the other breakdown policies I have purchased in the past years and this one has a long way to go before (atleast in my experience/opinion) would be of any comparison to them. I sent customer care an email with this feedback and they send me an email apologizing for the error but have not bothered to send me a corrected email, but then also asked me in the email what I was expecting. I have not had to make a claim and hope I never have to, but then who knows they might surprise me with a good service if I am unfortunate enough to breakdown and need to use them. Having said that the sign up process has not inspired much confidence in them so far. I think at the end of the day you get what you pay for - this was a cheap policy (under £10) bought from groupon so I guess I shouldn't expect much - so I think its within their right to ask what I was expecting. Hope I never have to use the service.

Purchased through Groupon

Had to contact the customer services team, as I didn’t remember leaving my name and address for the policy to begin! Unfortunately, didn’t catch the lady’s name, but she couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything had migrated over and was already being processed. I have every confidence should I ever need to use the service, but hopefully not! Great value for money too!

Great first impression!

Krystie was excellent! Exemplary customer service experience during two interactions as we got car breakdown policies set up. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional so hopefully a positive indicator should we ever need to make a claim with Be Smart (hopefully not!)

My customer care experience was totally brilliant especially the wonderful person who helped me with my account, she was extremely helpful, polite and professional. Very satisfied with BeSmart!

Been looking for a short while for breakdown cover. I saw this yesterday with an offer from Groupon. The whole set up was done very easily and the response from BeSmart was very Quick. The experience was very satisfactory! It's something I hope I never have to use?? But I feel confident that I will be well looked after if the need arises.
