I spoke to Rosheen today because I hadn’t correctly activated my groupon voucher code for my breakdown cover. She was really helpful and reassuring and guided me through the process, responding very quickly and clearly. She was excellent and I am now confident that I have the cover I bought. Unfortunately I had to cancel my new policy, due to an issue with the age of my car so emailed Customer Services, who responded in a very timely manner. I dealt with Chloe and even though when she picked up the first email from me on a day off, she still made me aware she had picked it up and would keep me updated, which she did. The whole process with her, whilst also simultaneously dealing with Groupon was slick and it was a real pleasure to deal with somebody who kept you informed throughout the process and whose communication skills and customer service were exemplary. Very good break down car cover
Quite shocking,was charged £45 told 90minutes for recovery & after 2hrs phoned back only to be told they had been delayed & were sending another breakdown company.Would you not have thought there system would have flagged up that the 90minutes had expired & for them to contact me rather than me call them.45 minutes later the other company turned up after I had been told they were coming from 10 miles away which turned out a lie as the driver had been heading back from Bradford when he got the call,so in all over 3 hrs after I originally called.They tell you things that aren't true & charge you 45 pound for the privilege. Will not be going with this company again,I suppose you get what you pay for.Green flag or RAC may be a bit more expensive but you won't get ripped off when you break down.

Great value for money, the process of choosing which added extras were very clear & had good explanations of what is covered. I usually set up my cover when renewing my car insurance but this was so reasonably priced I couldn’t miss the opportunity, I also bought it with Groupon so got extra discount for premium cover.
Found setting up my application very easy and straight forward , touch would haven’t had to call out an engineer and hopefully won’t have to! great peace of mind knowing I am now covered
Easy as anything to set up. Purchased through Groupon, went online and entered my details and all sorted. Not used as yet so cannot comment on the service. Hopefully won't have reason to use but its nice to have that security when travelling.

Excellent customer service!! I recently purchased boiler cover and had a query. After contacting the customer service department I received a replying email within 10 mins andy query answered. They were polite and courteous in following correspondence too. Gives us great joy in knowing our boiler will be in safe hands.
I haven’t had to call for a breakdown recovery yet but I have spoken to customer services and must say that the guy I spoke with was so helpful and friendly. It is so refreshing to speak with happy friendly customer service departments. The policy was so reasonable as well. 10/10 so far!
Just joined from groupon, gives me peace of mind, easy to set up on line, fingers crossed I won’t need it
