After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

This company seem to make money by selling faulty items and then offering a partial refund hoping it’ll be acceptable. (My experience was via Debenhams) I received a faulty item and was initially offered a 25% discount if I kept the item. I’m not sure why I would want to keep a bed that can’t be used as a bed. I refused and have been told I can get a full refund if I return the item. If you are looking for furniture that can actually be used then avoid this company. If you enjoy chatting to (texting) customer service and bartering for a refund then this is the company for you!

The reclaimed wood unit is very attractive and true to the online picture however there was a faulty issue unfortunately but when notifying Berkfield Home we received a quick response and options on a resolve we were happy to keep the unit with an agreed discount. We would buy again from Berkfield Home.
