After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

Realised that the products I had ordered, were not going to work I'm the area we had in mind. On requesting a return, and refund for the unopened side tabled, I received a quick response. After sending a few pictures to show condition, I received a quick answer to the refund. Refund process was started on same day. I would be happy to use this company again, as I feel comfortable, they would be helpful with any issues. In addition I was allowed to keep this product, as a gesture of good will. Very gratefulful customer.

I am writing my review based on the customer service received, not the product itself. I purchased a Berkfield Home desk which I ended up getting the dimensions wrong (my own fault), however I was still within the stated return window. I requested to return my item for a full refund and was asked twice if I would keep the item for a partial refund. In the end when I said there would be no point in me keeping the item as I have no use for it, and asked to return it for a full refund, I was just issued a full refund and told to keep the item. 1 star lost because I feel "tricked" being asked to accept a partial refund twice to keep the item when in the end they just issued a full refund and still didn't want the item back, but still a good 4 star rating as the refund was received fairly quickly once processed and the customer service team replied to my emails quickly.
