After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

Ordered Berkfield Sideboard White 88x30x70 cm through B and Q website . All was going ok until assembly when we discovered that there were a few marks on the cabinet itself and a chunk out of the drawer. Given the price we didn’t feel it worth it to return but felt a bit disappointed with quality of engineered wood but guess you get what you pay for! Coupled with the unclear instructions not sure I’d buy again.

The TV stand was lovely but unfortunately was not suitable for my needs, my own fault because I should have checked the size of the shelves before buying However the staff were really helpful and I recieved a full refund within 3 days Excellent service - thank you
