After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

Great builds. 5* We did have an issue with a unit that upon delivery we realised our room design was going to need a redo, we contacted Customer services to report a return who were very approachable, they could not be any more helpful throughout. The only qualm I have is to Berkfield as a 3rd party seller you may have to revisit your supplier and lower your prices. VidaXL can be almost 30% cheaper.

I had an issue with a table I bought online. Online it looked like gloss effect, but on delivery it was dissapointing. Berkfield Home, kindly refunded my money immediately, plus very swift at communication and trying to rectify the problem. 5* To Berkfield Home. Happy Customer π
