Customer service experience

I am writing my review based on the customer service received, not the product itself. I purchased a Berkfield Home desk which I ended up getting the dimensions wrong (my own fault), however I was still within the stated return window. I requested to return my item for a full refund and was asked twice if I would keep the item for a partial refund. In the end when I said there would be no point in me keeping the item as I have no use for it, and asked to return it for a full refund, I was just issued a full refund and told to keep the item. 1 star lost because I feel "tricked" being asked to accept a partial refund twice to keep the item when in the end they just issued a full refund and still didn't want the item back, but still a good 4 star rating as the refund was received fairly quickly once processed and the customer service team replied to my emails quickly.
