After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

I ordered a patio umbrella but the colour in the picture was darker. It came as a bright azure blue. I thought that there had been an error in the order because there was also a price difference between what I paid and this particular umbrella. I asked to send it back for a full refund. They did refund me but said they did not need it back. I would have sent it back but am very grateful that I got my full refund so that I can buy another in the right colour. Clearly, very customer centred. Thank you.

I purchased wallpaper which wasn't the right colour to go with the colour scheme I had in place, The returns process was extremely quick & efficient, Cannot fault the customer support I received.

I'm sure their products are lovely, but I'll never know as they refuse to ship to my address and cancelled my order because I'm in the Scottish Highlands. If you live anywhere above Edinburgh it's not worth trying.
