Customer care is great. Products are good.

I ordered a patio umbrella but the colour in the picture was darker. It came as a bright azure blue. I thought that there had been an error in the order because there was also a price difference between what I paid and this particular umbrella. I asked to send it back for a full refund. They did refund me but said they did not need it back. I would have sent it back but am very grateful that I got my full refund so that I can buy another in the right colour. Clearly, very customer centred. Thank you.

Won't ship to Scotland

I'm sure their products are lovely, but I'll never know as they refuse to ship to my address and cancelled my order because I'm in the Scottish Highlands. If you live anywhere above Edinburgh it's not worth trying.

Bedside table

Bought an engineered wood bedside table, but what I received was chipboard with what looks like low quality veneer stuck on as the finish. Eventually haggled to get a full refund.
