Dont bother

Dont bother. Sent me a faulty coffee table, I wanted to return it but they kept offering a discount for us to keep it - why would I keep a table I couldn't build. So i asked for it to be collected as its an inconvenience for us to get rid of it. They ignored that part and offered me a full refund (great) but will not collect the faulty item as they have refunded me the money - even though I asked for it to be collected before the refund. So I now have a faulty coffee table to dispose of. Ordered it via Debenhams - not good quality. I can also see a lot of replies from them that they cannot find the correspondence - if they say that in my reply rest assured I have a copy of the correspondence which I sadly cannot post on here. Also Debenhams were not much help either

Useless product, painful customer service

Purchased a TV unit from Debenhams.com. It was on sale but chose it as it looked good and happy with price. The unit was 180cm in length full assembled, I wasn’t sure if this was flat pack as it didn’t state this in the listing. It was flat pack and came in a box of 80cm in length. Upon inspection, the flat pack was of bad quality and some sections already damaged as we took them out of the box. Decided immediately not keep it. Emailed Berkfield as stated on Debenhams website and asked for full refund and collection of item. This could not have been a more drawn out painful experience. I have had to ask at least 3 times for a full refund and collection of the product but ‘Sam’ in customer services has offered me a 25% refund to keep the item, then an increased 50% and hopefully now I will be able to get the full refund I wanted from the start. I will not order from this company again and I’m disappointed Debenhams are working with such a company!

Worst piece of crap furniture imaginable!!!!

Bought this for the look online and the decent price and wouldn’t pay a tenner for it. Supposed to be a 180cm tv unit, turns up in an 80cm box full of completely scratched and flimsy flat pack pieces…no mention of self assembly on the listing and they’ve doctored the pictures so you don’t realise it’s made up of 4 separate parts 🤔 (answers on a postcard as to how that’s supposed to work?!?!) Absolutely disgraceful misleading selling from Debenhams and can’t believe they would actually have the audacity to try and sell this crap!?? Completely destroying their reputation and won’t be buying anything from them again especially anything made by this bunch of cowboys!

Berkfield have been very responsive and accommodating with my recent interactions. Dealt with matters promptly which has been very much appreciated. Product didn’t meet my needs or expectations. Refund issued quickly with no fuss

Ordered 2 glass cabinets through…

Ordered 2 glass cabinets through Debenhams, they arrived 4th and 5th Sept. Looks like my order is wrong. Have sent email to Debenhams but no acknowledgement back. Cannot get through to your company either. Whatever i do it says order no. Is wrong or its blocked as dont recognise my email address. All i want is to query my order, seems you are all quick to take my money and thats it. No customer service.
