After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

Unfortunately my unit was damaged. They gave me a full refund and I did not have to return item. Great customer service. Dealt with efficiently and very fast thankyou

I have tried to return product bought through Debenhams website I have sent over half a dozen emails to no avail item was delivered after trip it was purchased for Despite all efforts no return & no refund awful company to deal with no response at all from them as yet !!!!

Had to raise a dispute to get a refund for poor quality item. Had to raise a dispute with Paypal, as a refund was agreed & not received.Very unhappy with being ghosted. The item has now gone from £74 [which was the sale price, so over £100 before their 'sale') to £17, which indicates the poor quality. Would not buy from this company again - they are not Debenhams. To be clear, the response from Berkfield is not correct. I have the email trail with 'Holly', where I chased my refund & was asked for a picture of the item - when I asked 'Holly' to review the email trail & was asked for the order no!! Which is the title of the email trail. I emailed again as I was not getting a response & advised if I did not get a response in 2 working days, I would raise with paypal, hence my review. I do not leave negative reviews, I only post reviews where my experience has been good.
