After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

I ordered a product which upon arrival I didn’t need anymore so requested to return it for a full refund and they ended up refunding me without me having to return my product even though I didn’t even request that so they were very nice! They were apologising even though there was no issue- very lovely team!

Terrible experience ! Ordered shelves that pictured brackets , no mention of needing to order brackets separately. Unable to contact customer services to discuss the issue. Contact will verifying supplier confirmed brackets were required to be ordered separately, only to be told they were discontinued !!!! This makes the item totally useless, as shelves require mounting to the wall via brackets ! Would I order a car without wheels ?????

Made a purchase through B&Q, apparently Berkfield sell fence panels but not posts. Was offered a partial refund to find my own posts to fit a very specific fence. Not good but ain't to bad either.
