After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

We wished to return an item which wasn’t suitable for our particular needs, Happily customer service was excellent! We supplied details and were refunded without difficulty- a sign of a great company. We wouldn’t hesitate making further purchases and recommending them.

I was unhappy with a product I purchased as it was super complicated to build unless you were a joiner and had a full day spare! However when I contacted berkfield they resolved my issue extremely quickly which I was pleasantly surprised with as most other companies make returns difficult! Would purchase from them again but just a different product 😊

I bought some items online but unfortunately I have had to return them as the colour differs from online vs in person. I emailed the team to return the product and they swiftly responded. They were very apologetic and processed the refund immediately. Excellent customer service and I would buy again from them.

Berkfield Home sold me 2 shoe cabinets via Debenhams’ website. Even though they were on sale, they still set us back a tidy sum. As I was in the middle of a huge home renovation, they weren’t built for a few weeks, but when we were ready for them, I employed a carpenter to do the job. Unfortunately the supplied fixings were not suitable for the cabinets and they were extremely unstable and unsafe. They were very poorly designed and not fit for purpose. I wrote to complain and was offered a 25% discount to keep them even though the evidence I submitted showed them to be clearly unusable. Then I was offered 50% off or a full refund to return them. All of this was in writing, and naturally I opted for the refund, given that I would have to make space for them in a skip otherwise. Immediately, the same customer service coordinator informed me that I could not have a refund as I had waited too long to claim, even though they are evidently unsafe and bound to injure one of my children, and she had already offered me a full refund whilst delaying it further. (The response that Berkfield has given below is rather disingenuous, given that they have subsequently been in touch to again offer me a 50% refund or alternatively, full replacement with the same cabinets that are of unusable quality.)
