After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) We were really looking forward to receiving our new sun lounger, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. Naturally, this was disappointing. However, the company responded very quickly once we reached out, and they handled the situation exceptionally well. Their customer service team was courteous and efficient, and we were given a full refund without any hassle. While it’s a shame the product didn’t arrive in perfect condition, we were very impressed with how professionally the company dealt with our complaint. Mistakes happen, and it's reassuring to know that they stand behind their service. Based on this experience, we would consider buying from them again.

I ordered two beds from berkfield home via Debenhams app, arrived timely but beds are impossible to put together, holes not in alignment, very poor quality, I emailed Debenhams who said to go directly to berkfield , I have emailed several times to ask the return and refund process but no response as yet , no telephone numbers to call , will not be buying from them again via Debenhams . I see all the good reviews and wonder how on earth my experience has been so different.
