After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

Ordered a bed from Berkfield Home via Debenhams- RRP apparently Β£678, so I was expecting decent quality. When the bed arrived, the box said VidaXL, a known dropshipper. The bed was appalling quality, cheap wood that was already cracking and scratched, and so poorly made it could not even be assembled as holes were drilled in the wrong places. Berkfield initially only offered me a 50% refund and for me to keep the item, I said no, this is a low quality dangerous item and I want a full refund *and* for it to be collected as it would cost me to have this removed. Eventually got my refund processed via Debenhams but still no collection. I wonder how much money they have robbed people of by mis-selling them low quality dangerous items that they need to pay the council to collect. Disappointing that Debenhams works with this merchant.

After not receiving what I originally thought Iβd ordered the customer service team especially James was excellent with his communication and the issue was dealt with very swiftly. More than happy with the result . However the original order was very misleading.

Although there was an issue with the product - which was not suitable for our needs - Sam at Berkfield Home sorted the refund for us and in the end I was very pleased with Berkfield Home.
