After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

Ordered a gazebo and arrived broken. Ignored via the only communication online - emails for replacements. When I got my girlfriend to email them, they replied to her until she gave the details of the order, in which they began to ignore her! Don't even bother with them unless your happy to get whatever arrives broken or not.

Having delivered my requested product i found it wasn't as I expected and needed to return it. Customer services (Holly) was most helpful in arranging for me to keep the item albeit not what I wanted at a discounted price so that I could get a replacement of my choosing

**EDITED REVIEW** Not a great product which I've unfortunately had to get rid of due to the damage but customer service was great as they offered either the product again or a partial refund. I went for the partial refund as I didn't like the product. I would have probably got a full refund but I got rid of the item as I completely damaged it when disassembling it.

Issue with order due to missing parts, all discussion was done through email, which had prompt reply’s and lots of ways to sort the issue, issue was resolved easily!

The table was delivered and i was happy with the style. I noticed a bit of damage probably from delivery, but the customer service team very helpfully sorted the refund/return without hassle. Will use again when looking for furnishing my home.

Ordered a 11 Piece Outdoor Dining Set with Cushions Poly Rattan Black via Debenhams in the sale. Order arrived in 4 different deliveries many missing the estimated delivery times. I then received missing table frame, none of the stools, missing chair components and two table glass (only meant to be 1). Having contacted the company (via Debenhams) they had the cheek to offer me a 50% refund as none of the parts I needed were in stock. In short I spent hundreds on a product that didn't actually exist.

I have not received my full refund I’ve been credited £68 the cost of one unit the other unit that cost £130 has not been credited to me yet ,when I received these parcels there was one reference number so I don’t understand why I’m not been credited for both,I have been told to keep the units which I have no use for as they are badly damaged
