Problem resolved

I recently bought a sideboard online, but when it was delivered I realised it wasn't quite suitable for my purpose, although there was no problem with the product itself. I spoke to James in customer service, who has been very helpful and resolved the problem to my satisfaction. Top marks, James!

Debenhams…nightmare garden set

Bought a garden sofa set from Debenhams and it is a nightmare to assemble! You can't alighne the pieces and the screws don't always fit. Will have to use imagination and improvisation to assemble if possible. Also no cushions included and unable to buy them separately. Wish I hadn't bothered.
