Great Customer Service.

What can I say! I purchased a beautiful unit but unfortunately there was damage to it. The response I received was amazing. After a few emails and kind words from the seller-I am receiving a full refund. The communication was spot on, I was informed all the time what was happening and the procedures they were taking. Big thankyou for your support and great customer service ⭐️

Extremely disappointed with Berkfield Home. I ordered a table that was meant to arrive by the 26th of March, and not only has it not been delivered, it hasn’t even been shipped. There has been zero communication or urgency on their part, and no attempt to make up for the delay. This kind of service is completely unacceptable—avoid at all costs.
