After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

I recently purchased a bedside table and although there was a little problem with an item, Holly from Berkfield Home dealt with the problem swiftly & positively to ensure my satisfaction was met.

I bought 3 wooden bedroom furniture items from Debenhams (Supplier Berkfield Home). On assembly we found various problems with the first product, and were not satisfied with the quality, so wanted to return all three items. I contacted Berkfield Home to request a full refund. We dealt with Holly who responded very promptly (on all communications) and actioned this straight away, which I really appreciated. Throughout my interactions with Holly/Berkfield, they have responded promptly, politely, and sought to provide a solution. I would certainly consider buying from them again, due to the excellent customer service I have received.
