After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

Purchased what was sold as three Berkfield Corten steel containers but have a whole part of the delivery missing with two containers not arriving. The first delivery at 13;02 shoes a picture of the delivery. The second supposed delivery took place at 13:29 - 27 minutes later from the same van - we have no record of this. We checked with neighbours and the delivery has no photo proof unlike the first two packages. The delivery we received was then miss sold as a Berkfield product where it was actually a VidaXL product which was not in the information so this falls foul in terms of trade description act in our view. When we started to construct the product the instructions were the worst DIY instructions I have ever seen, the screw holes not big enough and the product starts bowing when screwing. It is impossible to construct and would challenge anyone in Berkfield to physically build it - it’s actually impossible. We spent 4 hours to not get very far and are left with an unusable product at great expense to us. We spent £574 and have a product which in part hasn’t been delivered by Yodel and the part that has we are unable to construct as the material is flimsy, the screw holes aren’t big enough and the construction bows. We have got nowhere with Yodel on the missing delivery using their chat with no response for 3 hours and have contacted the Berkfield support centre demanding now a full refund but have just an acknowledgement. Neither with Berkfield or Yodel can you talk to anyone. Reading other reviews it seems like people have a similar experience of Vida products sold by Berkfield without stating the origin. We chose Berkfield as the Trust Pilot reviews were ok - Vida reviews are dreadful overall so made a deliberate choice to use a different company.
