After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

I can only say the best of reviews for this company . I have gotten by far the quickest replies on email Ive ever gotten in my life & the kindness of staff radiates through each message , they care deeply about customers and it shows through actions . To anybody buying products it is all very good quality & definitely worth it . Again thank you for all your help & I will definitely buy in the future as quality is really amazing and because of the lovely interaction Ive had with staff !! Ive had a return to make (my own accord nothing to do with the quality of the product itself ) and the lady had made sure she was there every step of the way offering help however much I needed ! I have never came across such lovely people .

I was a bit sceptical when I realised i had to deal with a different company not Debenhams but I was very pleasantly surprised at the very quick customer service.

I made an incorrect order for roller blinds and needed to return the package. It appeared to be difficult on line and, after an initially slightly slow but nevertheless productive telephone process with B&Q, Berkfield Home were polite and helpful and offered to provide a full refund, which, in the circumstances, was very good of them.

The parcel arrived in good time, but the colour was not quite as expected so I requested a return. The company has offered a full refund without the need to return the item, so I guess it has come from afar. This is a very nice outcome but now I need to find a home for the table that I donβt want.
