After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

Although the product we ordered was not what we wanted, the customer service we received from James was amazing regarding the returns and refund process. We would definitely use this company again as great customer service

Ordered a product via B and Q marketplace. The product arrived quickly and well packaged. I had a concern/query about what I ordered. Once I got through the B and Q queries system, the Berkfield Customer service team were really helpful and sorted my issues very quickly.

Ordered a set of garden furniture via Debenhams. Arrived in 2 separate deliveries and found to be incomplete. Missing glass panels to erect the table and also missing cushions. After much correspondence I was offered full replacement furniture to which I agreed. Second set arrived! Even more parts missing than the first set. Still no glass panels to make a table. Offered a partial refund to which I refused. Requested a full return and full refund - it is clear from their correspondence that the missing parts are out of stock. Received an email to say because the delivery was delivered over 14 days ago I am not entitled to a full refund. So I now have 2 sets of incomplete furniture and refusal from Berkfield to refund! Legal advise/Consumer Protection advice now to be sought. Do not use this company - it is apparent that they will use any excuse not to refund even though they have admitted that the furniture is incomplete.

Had a mix up with an item I had bought. I emailed Berfield Home and the response from customer service was beyond my expectations! The speed of response was exceptional and I feel that Holly went the extra mile to rectify the mix up! Holly should be commended.
