Ordered a set of garden furniture via…

Ordered a set of garden furniture via Debenhams. Arrived in 2 separate deliveries and found to be incomplete. Missing glass panels to erect the table and also missing cushions. After much correspondence I was offered full replacement furniture to which I agreed. Second set arrived! Even more parts missing than the first set. Still no glass panels to make a table. Offered a partial refund to which I refused. Requested a full return and full refund - it is clear from their correspondence that the missing parts are out of stock. Received an email to say because the delivery was delivered over 14 days ago I am not entitled to a full refund. So I now have 2 sets of incomplete furniture and refusal from Berkfield to refund! Legal advise/Consumer Protection advice now to be sought. Do not use this company - it is apparent that they will use any excuse not to refund even though they have admitted that the furniture is incomplete.
