After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

They will do everything but issue you a refund and allow you to return your products and will avoid replying back to their emails when you try and complain for a refund/return of products! No contact information other than an email! May look cheap but avoid for a reason! Btw I’m not a salty customer, just had a very bad experience. Items weren’t fit for purpose hence the refund request

Would give zero stars but no option ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! bought a TV unit that was purchased through Debenhams .. think yeh a reputable company wouldn't sell inferior furniture and when I seen how much I was saving I was gob smacked ... The unit arrived I was so excited!! Only to find out these are inferior.. Holes didn't line up to erect furniture But made it work .. then only to find out it was 4 individual units that had no way of joining together 😡 I purchased cabinet screws and drilled extra holes so the cabinet was sturdy . The led lights were useless to stick so had to buy double sided tape to make them stay in position.. When I turned on the lights I was so annoyed to find they are 2 different types and totally different . I have emailed so many times I have had enough .. they eventually sent me replacement lights ( well I thought) 😲 on opening they only sent 1 strip (the unit has 4 individual LEDs ) the staff here are are totally useless . A refund has been sent but I won't hold my breath until it reaches my account DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

For no fault of the company at all the goods I purchased didn’t meet my expectations I made contact with the company to arrange a return James was amazing showed empathy and different solutions to assist end result full refund no quibble at all and was advised didn’t need to return the goods. This is amazing customer service not what I expected at all many thanks I will not hesitate to recommend this company
