Absolutely brilliant service from Beniconnect! Airport transfer was smooth, timely, and exceptionally accommodating for my wheelchair-using family member. The vehicle was fully accessible, and the driver was kind, helpful, and professional throughout. Stress-free and comfortable from start to finish — highly recommended for anyone needing reliable, accessible transport in Spain!
Very rude customer service! Phoned over 24 hours before our flight home to confirm our pick up time as our flight is during the night so wanted to be on the safe side. Was told from a very rude lady with an attitude I will only be given the time the day before, call back tomorrow then hung up on me! Will not be using them again.
As described with an overall excellent service. I booked online and made an error with dates and their customer service amended without any issues. Driver waiting at Alicante and again at resort with departure details emailed the day prior to travel. Recommended transfer firm and would use again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. - AVOID We gave the correct exact address for drop off and were dropped to a restaurant, the driver refused to stop after repeatedly telling him he was going the wrong way. This added another about 20 minutes to our trip and he avoided tolls which added more time too. Paying 120+ euros for a driver to avoid tolls and ignore you is ridiculous. For the return journey, the driver was 55 minutes late with no apology or reason why. I rang three times and spoke to an extremely rude staff member (2 of the three times) and was told three times driver is delayed by 15 mins then 5 mins and that I wouldn't get a refund if we got a taxi to the airport. No communication on where he was or phone call during the whole hour. He went to the wrong location when we had entered the correct and exact address on our booking. We nearly missed checking in luggage, it was an awful and stressful experience

Turned up at the desk in Alicante at 14:25 on 31st May. No sign of the driver. With no further explanation from the staff on the desk apart the driver turned up 30m later and then we sat on the coach for another 25-30m. All in it took took 2.5 hrs to reach our hotel from first approaching the Beniconnect desk. On the return we were told to await pick up at 16:15 for a flight that leaves the airport at 20:55! This meant we lost another 2 hours at the resort just so we could stand in the airport -economic for Beniconnect I suppose if you can treat people like this. If I would of known this at the time of booking I would have used another transfer company.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TRANSFERS IN THE ALICANTE/BENIDORM AREA! Booked a private transfer from La Marina to the Airport, waited 10 minutes past the advertised time and called them only to be told without any apology whatsoever that we don't know where your driver is and no other drivers in your area so you'll have to phone for a taxi yourself! So you pay for a transfer then have to fork out more money! Very nearly missed the plane thanks to these cowboys. Not responding to emails either. Really should have read the reviews before i booked with these crooks! No doubt the reply will be the same copy and pasted message that everyone else has got!

The hotel proactively contacted me how I wanted to transport my self to their hotel from the airport. There was no doubt that hotel wanted me to use the shuttle company- from that point very few % went well. Reply in Spanish - wrong spelled names - wrong directions in Alicante airport-I luckily found my cycling friends bus and arrived at destination hotel. Return to airport was a similar mess and was tried to be picked up un announced - I had another pick up time - wrong bus - rude driver - rude customer service. I will do my best not to use this company again. My impression was they hotel told me an in accurate taxi price for the transport to get me on shuttle service. I know what a cap cost now - I will avoid this company in the future.

My husband called the company on 19.03.22 the day before our return journey as requested to do so by the company to confirm our booking to Alicante airport from Benidorm. The time for us to be collected was given to him of 05.25am at Alpha apartments. We got to the allocated place at 05.10am. We waited until approx 5.55am along with another couple and a young man all waiting for the same bus. The nice lady from the other couple that was also patiently waiting went on to call Beniconnect as the bus had still not turned up. She got through to someone eventually and asked where are bus was. She was then told there was no driver. When she asked what to do next she was told to complain. No offer of another bus, driver, taxi nothing. Disgusting service. Would most definitely steer clear from this company. Also be aware as we booked the transfer through Ryanair not knowing until it was already booked who the transfer company was.

Terrible communication if any, no email with pick up time. Stood in alc for an hour waiting for driver. Return transfer didn't turn up at all, had to ring in and hoof it to different hotel and only just made flight with no time for food.

I’ve used Beniconnect 3 times this year and have always been happy with their service, I just checked my booking reference and realised I had booked the incorrect arrival date as the incorrect date was within 48hrs I didn’t think they could do anything to help me, I messaged them on live chat and my booking was cancelled and a new one made for the correct date free of charge, I have nothing but good things to say about this company

Arrogance and ignorance beyond belief. Bombard costumers with feedback emails but ignore complaints relating to service. Delayed my drop off by over 2 hours leaving me exposed to late check-in fees and other losses. Being a customer of many years a complimentary transfer was suggested to offset my delays and costs. The company ignored initial emails before finally relying on T&C to shut down my complaint. Horrible, vile and hostile attitude from customer services who hide their ugly ruthless faces by online systems. This company makes Ryanair look tame and friendly. Book only with these crooks when no alternative is available, otherwise avoid. Kim you need to learn customer relation skills you work in travel industry not the prison service.
