BeMoto Bike Insurance Reviews

jaidon was very helpful and most of all easy to listen understand. It's nice to call and talk to someone in person. Not a computer robot. I might have been able to get it a bit cheaper else were but as it was so easy to complete over the phone as we a lot of hasle

I have been with BeMoto for a number of years. I had a multi bike policy and wanted to cancel one of the bikes as I have sold it! I spoke with Amanda who was very helpful. Cancelling was no problem, I was not charged for making changes to my policy and I will be credited with a refund! I would and have recommended BeMoto to friends as they have very competitive rates and cover you in countries where a lot of others don’t!

Jaidon set me up really quickly with no messing around. Very efficient service.

Easy and efficient renewal process with Mohammed Akram that didn't take too long either. I like being able to insure all my bikes together on one policy too.

Amanda storrie an advisor with bemoto was extremely helpful and professional with my enquiry

Excellent, friendly and professional service throughout my quotation.

Insurance renewal for Motorcycle Trike was done quickly and effecently by Mohammed without any hassle, many thanks for providing a great service.

The renewal documentation was comprehensive and readily understood. Saleem was very helpful at the time of renewal, which was easily completed, and the premium was less than last year! A very satisfactory experience.

The representative Joao was pleasant and very efficient, which makes the process simple and stress free

Joao was very helpful. We went through the necessary details quickly and efficiently.

The staff are great but the prices are not. I was forced to cancel a policy last year because the underwriter would not do a multibike policy for a wooden outhouse. I had to pay through the nose for a new insurer. This year i was wondering if things had changed and seemingly not. Sanam Shabir the handler was very nice and helpful but the prices were shocking.

I was dealt with quickly and efficiently.I asked about my new quote and got honest answers.Thank you Saleem.

Excellent customer service! Friendly, helpful and clear.

Manny was very polite, pleasant and efficient. Bemoto offers a good service at good prices.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Manny Teles at Bemoto, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. Even though the quote came in a little higher than my current insurer, Manny went above and beyond to make the whole process easy, transparent, and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel confident that I was being properly looked after. The professionalism and genuine care Manny showed made all the difference — it’s rare to get this level of personal service these days. If you’re looking for someone who truly puts the customer first, I can’t recommend Manny and Bemoto enough. Excellent service from start to finish!

Excellent and friendly service from João at BeMoto. Really patient as he checked exactly what I needed and offered clear and useful guidance on what to do next. Quite sad that I was not able to purchase insurance from BeMoto on this occasion as the bike was not UK-registered.

A big thankyou to Manny and Joao for their help in adding a second bike to my policy. Very professional.... cheers guys👍

Saleem Akram was very helpful and a pleasure do talk to.
