Staff are great, prices are not!
The staff are great but the prices are not. I was forced to cancel a policy last year because the underwriter would not do a multibike policy for a wooden outhouse. I had to pay through the nose for a new insurer. This year i was wondering if things had changed and seemingly not. Sanam Shabir the handler was very nice and helpful but the prices were shocking.
