Brilliant service

Communication was very efficient when selling my house. I dealt with Eden who was very professional. I was kept updated every step of the way, which was great as I didn’t have to do any chasing. I had a very good experience with Beercocks and would use them again. The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them. I received the asking price.

Great

We are first time buyers, excellent communication from start to finish, we asked for a second viewing of the property we were purchasing, and we were able to view on our preferred date without any issue. The team at Hedon are all very friendly and knowledgeable, I wouldn't hesitate to use Beercocks again in the future if we decided to move. My only suggestion to Beercocks would be to look at the pricing of their conveyancing as we were able to secure conveyancing through another source and it was £200 cheaper.

Amazing service , above and beyond …

I am leaving this review for beercocks on the whole as they have been extremely helpful in helping me with my purchase through their agency. I would like to give a huge special thank you to Nicky Neal who has gone above and beyond for us with our purchase , Nicky has been amazing , I have lost count of how many times we have spoken , and how much she has pushed through and helped us with our sale , always answering immediately to all of my emails , even on her day off ! Now that’s what I call a service ! I would whole heartedly recommend beercocks as they are a friendly fantastic team , it feels like nothing is too much for them! Nicky once again, I thank you so very much for helping me through a stressful time ! Your amazing !

Craig worked really hard to make sure I got the keys to the flat I purchased it had taken ten months to complete and even on the day that it was supposed to happen he worked hard and with professionalism to make sure I got the keys by 5.15 it was such a relief.?

Friendly Estate Agents

I have always been a little a sceptical with Estate Agents after having a couple of experiences with them being pushy but I can honestly say never at any point felt under pressure with Rob & Jane. Jane rang me the day after a viewing to ask for feedback & when I explained we had one more viewing before we made a decision on this property she understood & said whatever decision we made she would be there to help if need be. I remember putting the phone down thinking ‘what a nice lady’ because the other viewing we had with another agent, that lady rang & said ‘we haven’t heard from you with feedback and an offer’ completely different approach. Rob was our next port of call with the offer & he kept us upto date with everything & again, a friendly communication with no pressure. We are now on the next stage & I’m sure we will be met with the same friendly communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Beercocks again.
