The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them.

The service at the Kingswood branch and Alice in particular was brilliant. Notifications of viewings and also offers were swiftly emailed to me and even on a Sunday, Alice was in contact to make certain who I'd placed as conveyancing solicitor, so she could contact them with the buyer's details the following morning.
I can only hope that the conveyancing solicitors and the purchase goes as smoothly.
