I have always been a little a sceptical with Estate Agents after having a couple of experiences with them being pushy but I can honestly say never at any point felt under pressure with Rob & Jane. Jane rang me the day after a viewing to ask for feedback & when I explained we had one more viewing before we made a decision on this property she understood & said whatever decision we made she would be there to help if need be. I remember putting the phone down thinking ‘what a nice lady’ because the other viewing we had with another agent, that lady rang & said ‘we haven’t heard from you with feedback and an offer’ completely different approach. Rob was our next port of call with the offer & he kept us upto date with everything & again, a friendly communication with no pressure. We are now on the next stage & I’m sure we will be met with the same friendly communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Beercocks again.
