The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them.

We are a week into our experience with Beercocks and so far they have been fantastic. They came out really quickly and at a time suitable to us to take the pictures. The house went on the pre market to those on their books looking for properties in the area and sold before even going onto rightmove. They were so efficient and responded to me via phone or email almost immediately. I would 100% use them in the future and couldn't thank them enough!
