BeerCOCKS- the worst letting agency in Hull. After moving in later than our given moving date, we never received that ‘personal touch’ which Beercocks states to be one of its main values. On our moving day, we were given the wrong keys to our property henceforth left at the door in the pouring rain with plenty of removal boxes while waiting for a member of staff to come and give us the correct keys. Amongst many previous issues, this didn't keep in line with another key business value of Beercocks whom assures customers that they ‘appreciate the stress of buying or selling and that guidance is something that can be expected every step of the way’. However, since we picked up the CORRECT keys, the lack of guidance has continued to negatively impact our experience and the inadequacy of the employees and poor communication has only heightened the stress and spoiled what should have been a pleasant and exciting experience for us.
Arranged a valuation they valued the house 15k below the other companies, told them we are going to use someone else when we put the house up for sale, they consistently ring up bugging us even though we have said we are not selling the house with them.
