I wanted to renew the car rental for another few weeks so I called multiple times on the day before the due date for returning the car but no one answered and no one returned the calls. When I finally visited to request renewal they refused

I was able to easily find the desk at the airport to begin the car hire. It was simple and efficient, excellent customer service. The car was great! Dropping the car off at the airport to catch my return flight was also easy. Seamless!

This was our second Bargain car hire and all went well at pickup and the car was a short walk from the Hobart terminal. The car was not as clean as our last rental but clean just the same.

Compact SUV suited our needs, clean, drove well and good value. Would use this company again. Figured out how everything worked as no instruction upon collection. Long wait when returning car and surprised that no toilet facilities were available at the depot.

I’m old school so I called to book and you guys were lovely and efficient and booked exactly what I needed, the price was half what I was quoted elsewhere which was the cherry on top, wonderful service from that phone call to picking up and dropping off and the car was decent too- definitely using again

I had paid for my car through a third party whom confirmed back to me that my entire payment was completed and that my transaction was complete and I could pick up my car. When I went to collect my car, I was advised that the full amount was not paid and I had to pay another amount. I had no choice even though I showed all of my transactions to the sales person and was told that was what happens when you book through a third party, inferring it was my fault. I placed a complaint with the third party and it took Budget a further week to advise that they had not updated their systems correctly and a refund was placed to me.

Waa very long time waiting in line to return keys as were others. Two counter stafd dealing with new renters mainly trying to srll them insurance it seemed while those waiting to just drop off keys waited in long line. Then another agent appeared took all returnjng keys with no other questions and told all to go to shuttle. If nothing was required why wasnt there curbside drop off rather than long queue rrequired to return keys
