Poor Customer Service
I had paid for my car through a third party whom confirmed back to me that my entire payment was completed and that my transaction was complete and I could pick up my car. When I went to collect my car, I was advised that the full amount was not paid and I had to pay another amount. I had no choice even though I showed all of my transactions to the sales person and was told that was what happens when you book through a third party, inferring it was my fault. I placed a complaint with the third party and it took Budget a further week to advise that they had not updated their systems correctly and a refund was placed to me.
