Friendly helpful service by all staff I interacted with. The car was clean and fuel efficient. The shuttle service was a little clunky in terms of wait time after my plane landed. However, I think this was because the customers before me had young children utilising baby seats. They also had a heap of luggage from what I observed when they finalised at the airport.

Car was a bit small despite being advertised as a mid family car. Tyre pressure light was on the entire time. $500 bond was not communicated at time of booking. A real hassle if it has not been budgeted for.

The condition of the rental car was superb. Very clean. The return of the vehicle was very easy. Handed the keys to the concierge and that was it. She also was the supervisor and was extremely lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend dealing with this company again

Great service, friendly and helpful people. But the choice of car (MG Compact SUV), a little lacking, would've preferred at least a Kia for the price point. Apart from that, it was awesome.

Car had driving issues. Randomly pulled to the left for no apparent reason. Felt unsafe on the freeways.
