I arranged to hire the car for 3 days and it was a very smooth process.

Only disappointment was ordering an MG and picking up a Chinese Havel.. Nice enough vehicle the same, good on fuel. Had paid insurance but didn't count because excess was $8000. Figured that wouldn't cover an idiot in a carpark opening a door. Thus $20 per day loss. Being an outer party, $20 per day already paid didn't count towards $40 per day for no excess. I'll remember that for future, will likely hire again. Easy to deal with.

I was picked up from the airport by a shuttle bus driven a very courteous gentleman. At the office another gentleman sorted out the paperwork and helped sort out apple play with the help of the boss so I could use the GPS as it was my first time at the Gold Coast, Qld. The whole process was smooth, efficient and I was very happy with the service provided.

we found the whole experience a bit sad to be fair. I'm not sure what has happened at your Brisbane branch over the last 12 months but the whole place is no longer the same. seems to me staff morale is not what it used to be. the whole place looks unloved and uncared for which also seems to be a reflection of either management or staff. just all a bit sad really

I rented a car and on the day of return I went and filled up full tank. I then get back to Melbourne to see I was charged $85 to refuel and $16 for fuel. my advice don't use this business. absolute rip off.

Far from 4.5 service

We had a great experience with the team at Brisbane Airport. On arrival, we had to phone for collection to be taken to collect the vehicle. The phoning for collection was a little confusing and wasn't sure we had got through and had to phone twice, its automated and no humans are involved. Not sure the time was a factor. Once on site, the staff were very friendly and offered loads of advice and suggestions. The car we hired was exactly what we needed / ordered and performed well throughout our hire period, as well as being very clean. We were so impressed with our experience, Bargain have now become our go to company if a hire vehicle is required. So, if you're looking for a bargain and want a quality car, give them a go.

All the staff we dealt with were super polite, friendly & helpful! The shuttle bus was waiting at the airport on our arrival to drive the short distance to their office. While I was checking in, the staff helped my elderly mother to the car, made her comfortable, put on the air con & put the bags in the back. Same level of service on our return. Highly recommend!!

We had a very pleasant experience with Bargain Car Rental from the moment they pickep us up at Melbourne airport till we returned the car. Only suggestion was to open another branch in the city to make the car return even more convenience for the customers

Renting from Bargain Car Rentals is always a good simple process. No complaints about the staff, location or cleanliness of the vehicles. The only gripe is the fact that the cars are mostly MG and these are pretty awful cars if you need to go up hills or around corners. They aren't too bad in a straight line if you aren't in a hurry. Also providing a printed out checklist of existing body damage for an after dark collection in winter isn't really fair. Do they seriously expect the driver to walk around the car with a torch checking there is no additional damage and if marks are logged correctly on the form as a scratch or a dint? There is very poor to no lighting at the pick up area for Bargain Rentals at Hobart airport.

Brilliant service, easy to navigate and very professional.

I did not like customer service on pick up attendant was quite rude, not helpful and felt she was even a little on the aggressive side. Car was not where she advised it would be but given the service i received it was not an option to return and seek assistance. Car was a little uncared for given its age however great value for money and drop off service was better carpark staff rude however reception staff great
